Guthrey Holdings Ltd, the Christchurch based parent company of ANZCRO, Ski Express, Kirra Holidays, and the I-Site Queenstown have announced the company’s latest acquisition, the purchase of online New Zealand holiday company Relaxing Journeys.
Effective from 1 April 2016, Relaxing Journeys becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Guthrey Holdings, again expanding the parent company’s stable of New Zealand travel specialist
brands.
The Relaxing Journeys business will be managed by Nick Guthrey. The company’s Operations Manager, Christine Goodger and her Auckland team will continue in their current roles, at Relaxing Journeys’ existing premises in Highbrook.
