Award-winning guided holiday company Trafalgar is thrilled to announce it has been awarded Gold Trusted Merchant status from Feefo, the global ratings and reviews provider used by the world’s most trusted brands.
Trafalgar’s rating is based on over 7500 independent, unedited guest reviews conducted since late 2014. These are genuine reviews of what guests have experienced on Trafalgar’s guided holidays.

The Trusted Merchant award is based upon the data received from genuine reviews during the previous year.
To receive the Gold Trusted Merchant status a business must reach a guest satisfaction rating of between 95 percent and 100 percent.

Late last year, Trafalgar invited 32 senior helloworld members on a famil of North California.
The five-day tour exposed the group of agents to the company’s award-winning holiday experience.
The itinerary included stops in Santa Barbara, Monterey and San Francisco.
Highlights of the trip included a visit to the quirky property ‘The Madonna’ where agents had a coffee and novelty sized cakes; plus a stop by the ‘Happy Girl’ kitchen – a working cafe and deli by day, which the owner opened up exclusively for Trafalgar’s guests at night.
