Collette has launched its new Encompass Campaign, introducing fresh tools designed to support travel agents and make working with the 107-year-old tour operator more efficient.
Aiming to provide “360-degree” support for agents of all experience levels, the new resource offers access to self-service and learning tools, including:
- Travel Agent Portal: A hub with customisable content, links and tools to assist agents in selling, networking and serving clients.
- Collette University: A collection of courses aimed at helping agents grow their businesses.
- MyCollette: A platform for agents to view and manage bookings in one place.
- Travel Agent Resource Guide: Set to launch in October, this guide provides resources to promote growth among advisors.

The self-service tools focus on enhancing efficiency, while the learning tools aim to build confidence in selling the tour operator’s products.
Agents can access these resources through the Travel Advisor Portal here.

“Through travel agent feedback and collaboration with focus groups, we were able to develop tools that allow agents to sell confidently and work more efficiently.”
In August, the US-based company appointed Narelle Riley to the role of Director of Marketing for Australia.
