CORONAVIRUS: Cancellation Policy Updates For Trafalgar & Costsaver

As the spread of Coronavirus around the globe brings uncertainty to people's travel plans, Trafalgar and its sister brand Costsaver have announced immediate changes to cancellation terms to support for agent partners.

As the spread of Coronavirus around the globe brings uncertainty to people’s travel plans, Trafalgar and its sister brand Costsaver have announced immediate changes to cancellation terms to support for agent partners.

For clients with existing bookings departing on or after April 1st Trafalgar and Costsaver are waiving their cancellation penalty to just 30 days prior to departure.

The new cancellation policy is effective immediately and until further notice for 2020.

This will provide extra flexibility should guests wish to change their dates or travel to a different destination with Trafalgar or Costsaver.

This applies to land bookings only and does not apply to European trips that include Oberammergau.

Please note, airlines may impose different change policies.
