Flight Centre’s corporate wing, FCm Travel Solutions, recently won a lucrative three-year travel management contract with the NSW state government, with two additional one-year options.

The contract will extend to NSW Government departments, members of the NSW parliament and other eligible entities and will see FCm manage the account from early next calendar year.

“We are delighted to have won this prestigious account and look forward to helping the government achieve its aims.”

James Kavanagh, the general manager of FCm Travel Solutions

According to Kavanagh, FCm Travel Solutions’ bid was built around a strong focus on self-service online solutions, a long-term roadmap to deliver further efficiencies and savings, and access to a vast customer support network in Sydney and key regional centres.

“In some of these centres, we will tap into the strong network of Flight Centre leisure travel shops to provide a seamless face-to-face service to government corporate travel customers,” Kavanagh said.

FCm Travel Solutions is Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FLT’s) flagship global corporate travel management brand, which was recently judged the Best National Travel Management Company at Australia’s National Travel Industry Awards, as well as Australasia’s Leading Travel Management Company at the World Travel Awards for the fourth consecutive year.
