With its Europe season starting early this year, AmaWaterways has reached a highwater mark, achieving a milestone with its most successful month of bookings in the river cruise company’s 22 years of operation.

AmaWaterways recorded its highest single month of reservations and record call centre volume levels in January 2024, up 27 per cent and 18 per cent respectively on January 2023.

The 2024 and 2025 collections will see an extended season on the Danube and Rhine rivers with the 2024 cruises underway and an early February 2025 start.

AmaWaterways also introduces its sixth French itinerary with the all-new Flavours of Burgundy cruise on the Saône River.

It will also be the first major river cruise line to offer cruises on Columbia’s Magdalena River, sailing between Cartagena and Barranquilla on two seven-night itineraries aboard two new ships.

AmaMagdalena will launch in November 2024 and sister ship AmaMelodia in June 2025.
