P&O Cruises now allows guests to bid to upsize their suite with its new Upgrade Me program, which unlocks access to premium onboard accommodation plus the complimentary perks that come with the new room.
P&O Cruises Upgrade Me invites cruisers to choose a price and bid for upgrades to coveted Oceanview Rooms, Balcony Rooms, Mini-Suites, Suites and Penthouse Rooms prior to departure.
Guests with eligible P&O bookings will receive an invitation to submit bids on any room type above the one currently booked up to three days before the departure date.
Bids are priced per person and based on two people per room with the first two guests in the room charged only, even if more are sailing. Accumulated Future Cruise Credit can also count as payment.
The holiday upgrade will include not just the room, but also any complimentary perks that may come with the new room, such as access to the exclusive Byron Beach Club for selected P&O suites.
P&O Cruises Australia President Marguerite Fitzgerald said P&O is continually working hard to provide its guests with ways to personalise their cruise experience and make it a truly memorable holiday.
“The added benefits that come with certain room upgrades are guaranteed to make any trip unforgettable,” she said.
P&O Cruises was the first line to return to Vanuatu cruising last November.
