Celebrity Cruises says it is excited to announce that the ‘revolutionary’ Celebrity Edge will be making its first trip into the Southern Hemisphere to debut Down Under in Australian and New Zealand waters for the 2023/24 season.

The signature Edge Series ship will offer an array of curated 6- to 13-night itineraries from early December 2023 through to April 2024, designed to immerse guests in the stunning coastlines of Australia, neighbouring Kiwi islands and the tropical South Pacific.

Reigniting guests’ wanderlust to see the world again, guests will be able to select from 12 bespoke itineraries visiting an impressive collection of 22 ports with departures from both Sydney and Auckland.

Named ‘one of the world’s greatest places’ by Time Magazine, Celebrity Edge is widely regarded as the most innovative cruise ship on earth.

The cruise company says the ship’s onboard experience stands apart from anything else at sea, creating an exciting modern cruising experience with its contemporary interior and unique outward-facing design offering guests unparalleled views of the sea and the destinations visited.

“Our new advertising campaign poses a question, ‘isn’t it time?’ to treat ourselves and to get out and experience the world, again,” said Celebrity Cruises President & CEO Lisa Lutoff-Perlo.

“There’s no better way to experience this amazing part of the world than on our award-winning, transformational Celebrity Edge.”

“She’s a luxury boutique hotel, Michelin-quality dining, a luxurious spa retreat with the world at your service. We are so excited to offer such a truly special vacation experience Down Under.”
