Helloworld unveils new cruise brand, commission boost and cruise-air bundles

Helloworld Travel has unveiled a new cruise brand, Signature Collection by Cruiseco, at its 2025 Owner Managers Conference (OMC) in Vancouver. 

Helloworld Travel has unveiled a new cruise brand, Signature Collection by Cruiseco, at its 2025 Owner Managers Conference (OMC) in Vancouver. 

The brand, unveiled by Helloworld Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director Cinzia Burnes, is pitched at the premium market, offering curated cruise packages designed for high-end travellers. 

It will sit alongside VIVA Gold, expanding the business’s cruise portfolio to serve a broader range of clients.

During the announcement, Burnes invited delegates to take part in shaping the new brand by voting on its logo, reinforcing Helloworld’s collaborative approach.

She also highlighted the benefits of Cruiseco and Creative Cruising’s fixed-price allocations and shared that these successful ocean cruise offerings would soon extend to more river cruise products.

At the same time, a new revenue stream for travel advisors was also revealed: commissionable shore excursions across Australia and New Zealand, launching soon through Cruiseco.

Other developments include enhanced cruise packaging that bundles cruise, land and air elements, thanks to closer integration with Helloworld’s Air Tickets division.

The Helloworld COO wrapped with a reminder about the 2025 Cruise Stars reward trip with Princess Cruises, sailing the US Pacific Coast.

“Both the Signature Collection and our new cruise-and-air packages are designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s cruise travellers and of course agents,” Burnes said. 

“They reflect our commitment to delivering tailored cruise experiences across both the luxury and value spectrums – giving agents and their clients more choice, flexibility, and confidence when booking their next cruise.”
