PONANT to now include excursions across its voyages

The luxury cruise operator has announced that it will now include one excursion per person and per stopover on all its voyages, starting with Australasia's Summer 2024-2025 season.

The luxury cruise operator has announced that it will now include one excursion per person and per stopover on all its voyages, starting with Australasia’s Summer 2024-2025 season.

This will include PONANT’s departures from October 2024 to April 2025 which have recently opened for bookings across 17 itineraries and 32 departures throughout Asia, Oceania, Antarctica and Northern Europe.

Excursions are already included across PONANT’s luxury polar and tropical expedition itineraries in destinations such as the Kimberley, Antarctica, Japan or Greenland. Now, daily excursions will be included in its other cruising destinations such as the Mediterranean, North America’s Great Lakes, and the Caribbean.

Excluded are excursions during cruises on board MS Paul Gauguin. Daily outings and excursions remain included across all polar and tropical expedition itineraries, unless stated otherwise.

“This enhancement not only streamlines our offerings but also immerses our passengers in the heart of each destination’s culture and natural wonders even more, making every PONANT journey a captivating and uniquely enriching adventure,” said Deb Corbett, General Manager Sales & Marketing for Asia Pacific.

PONANT advises that capacities will be limited. Pre-booking is due to open approximately two months before departure, with requests processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Surcharges will be offered on optional, exclusive excursions such as ice fishing, dogsledding, volcano exploration and more.
