Tune in to Getaway over the next three weeks as David Reyne and Kathy Lette join Scenic on a luxury tour through UK and Ireland for your chance to WIN a 15 Day Romantic Rhine & Moselle river cruise.
The Nine Network will be screening three full half hour episodes on Saturday 12, 19 and 26 September and is giving viewers the opportunity to win a 15 Day Romantic Rhine & Moselle river cruise for two departing 30 March 2016, worth over $24,000. Included in the prize is return economy airfares from Australia and all activities, sightseeing and exclusive events.
Join David and Kathy as they explore Engalnd’s vibrant capital, London – visiting the luxurious Mayfair Hotel and taking in the sights from the London Eye. Next Kathy heads to the city of Oxford for a punting and walking tour of the famous university city before travelling west to the the home of William Shakespeare – Stratford-Upon-Avon, and the historical city of Bath where she visits the popular Roman baths.
The following week David ventures to beautiful Southern Ireland, stopping in Blarney to kiss the famous stone and then onto the stunning cliffs of Moher in County Clare.
When in Dublin he heads to the Guiness Storehouse to explore the history behind one of Ireland’s most famous exports, and then a guided tour of Trinity College.
David and Kathy then meet in Liverpool to visit the Beatles Story Museum and discover more about the famous four.

The last instalment begins in the Lake District where Kathy cruises picturesque Lake Windermere before heading north to Scotland and Inverness – home to Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. Joining the Malt Whisky Trail, Kathy then heads to Speyside Cooperage, the only working cooperage in the UK.
The episode finishes off with a trip to Edinburgh where she explores the royal side of Scotland’s capital – a visit to Holyrood Palace, the official residence of Her Majesty The Queen in Scotland, the Royal Yacht Britannia and one of the city’s Royal Warrants.
