Seabourn Pursuit launches with 9 gourmet experiences on ultra-luxe expedition ship

Reimagining the menu at sea, Seabourn’s newest expedition ship Seabourn Pursuit offers nine different onboard culinary experiences, ranging from in-suite dining to refined dining at The Restaurant, complete with an expansive wine display.

The culinary offerings aboard the purpose-built Seabourn Pursuit, which launched on 12 August 2023, were purposely designed to complement the all-inclusive expedition experience.

The Restaurant is Seabourn’s signature fine dining venue for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with The Colonnade for more casual or buffet fare and The Patio for alfresco lunches.

Seabourn Pursuit will also offer sushi in The Club and themed world cuisines on select nights at The Colonnade.

Other offerings include Seabourn Square coffee and pastries, self-service refreshments in the Pantry in the Bow Lounge and Constellation Lounge for tapas or tea, depending on the time of day.

Guests can enjoy a brand-new 24-hour in-suite dining menu or have dinner from The Restaurant served on their private veranda.

As with any Seabourn ship, all dining experiences are complimentary. Premium spirits, fine wines and other beverages are available free on board with special selections for an additional charge.

New expedition itineraries

Seabourn Pursuit has embarked on her maiden season in the Mediterranean before voyaging in the Atlantic and Caribbean.

Pursuit will commence expeditions from 10 October 2023, exploring South America, the Amazon and Antarctica until March 2024.

She will then reposition via the South Pacific to the Kimberley for June to August before cruising the Pacific again until October 2024.
