Luxury cruise line, Silversea Cruises is meeting cruisers’ demands for cheaper online connectivity at sea with the introduction of complimentary wifi on its Mediterranean cruises.

Much like the service already offered by river cruise lines such as Uniworld and Scenic Tours, the cost of wifi is included in the cost of the tour.

The special all-inclusive fares include two hours of complimentary wifi per guest, per day and unlimited complimentary wifi for the line’s larger suites.

According to the company, the offer is available with new bookings on the line’s new program of 52 Mediterranean cruises.

The new program also features a range of new shore excursions including a tour of the ancient Acropolis of Athens, strolling through the Ephesus and seeing the Renaissance treasures of Florence.

As well as new perks, guests will continue to enjoy the line’s existing amenities such as open-seating gourmet dining; butler service for all suites; select wines, champagnes, premium spirits, specialty coffees, bottled water, juices and soft drinks; in-suite bar stocked with guests’ preferences; in-suite dining and 24-hour dining service; lectures and enrichment programs.
