Her inaugural sailing was sold out. And Emerald Cruises’ second luxury yacht, Emerald Sakara is now sailing the eight-day Ionian Sea Adventure from Athens to Rome.
Emerald Sakara departed Piraeus on August 5. The next day, her sister yacht Emerald Azzurra joined her as the twin ships sailed through the Corinth Canal.
But they’re not identical twins. The Emerald Sakara’s interiors feature renowned brands like Tribu, Gervasoni, and lighting by designer Tom Dixon. Plus, there’s the Freifrau and Missoni collab. Technology includes cutting-edge upgrades such as Starlink internet services.

Moroney said that launching the Emerald Sakara just a year after her sister’s launch “speaks volumes about how well our yacht cruising program has been received.”
