Passengers will be in stitches with laughter thanks to the star-studded line-up P&O has snagged for their second annual biggest comedy festival at sea onboard Pacific Explorer in June.
Thirteen big-name comedians, including the hilarious Tom Gleeson, regular P&O hit Dave Hughes, Dave Thornton and Mel Buttle will perform 32 shows during the jam-packed three-night cruise departing Sydney on June 8, 2019.
P&O Cruises President Sture Myrmell said following on from the success of their inaugural ‘The Big Laugh’ cruise in 2018, they were thrilled to deliver another stellar line-up of comedians and shows for our guests.
“From big marquee performances to intimate gigs in our many stylish bars and lounges, the cruise will serve up different comedy genres every day and night. There will be something for everyone.”

It comes as P&O prepares to deliver its biggest ever season of comedy, with 38 dedicated comedy cruises in 2019.
A selection of leading acts will headline the other comedy cruises – a mix of two, three and four-night Short Breaks departing Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Auckland.
“Aussies have an undeniable appetite for comedy and it continues to be a hugely successful part of our itineraries with 780 shows now performed across our fleet each year,” Sture said.
