That’s why TripAdvisor has turned to the travellers themselves and asked them for their take on what they consider to be ‘hot’.
Through the information compiled, TripAdvisor has listed the top destinations travellers are keen to visit over the next 12 months.
Taking the top spot of the Top 25 Travellers’ Choice Destinations in the World is the magical ‘Red City’ of Marrakech, Morocco, brimming with markets, gardens, palaces, and mosques.
Sydney was among the diverse range of the most vibrant cities around the world along with Hanoi, Rome and Buenos Aires and Queenstown.
Also making the list this year is South America’s Argentina, which has picked up popularity as airline introduce more air services to the country.
The ‘City of Love’, Paris, continues to entice travellers, landing the number nine spot followed by South Africa’s Cape Town.
