Helloworld Travel officially launched their new Channel Nine TV show; ‘Helloworld’ last night at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour to celebrate in style.

In what promises to be a major coup for increasing Helloworld Travel brand awareness and new bookings, the first ever, 20 episode helloworld travel show will feature the hottest destinations hosted by Channel Nine personalities coupled with tactical partner deals available via helloworld agents.

The first series beginning on Sunday, October 7 will take viewers on incredible journeys in stunning locations including Canada, Japan, England, Scotland, New Zealand, the United States, Italy, France, Indonesia, Vietnam, Fiji, and more…

As well as at home in the Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland.

Last nights launch event was hosted by Channel Nine ‘Postcards’ host Lauren Phillips, with fellow personalities from the Helloworld show including Ray Martin, Sonia Kruger, Matt Wilson, Steve Jacobs, Denis Walter and Vince Sorrenti alongside Helloworld Travel leaders and many of the travel industry partners involved in the show.

Fellow presenters Ashley Hart and Bec Hewitt sent their good wishes via video while on location still filming for the series.

Nine CEO Hugh Marks who wasn’t present at the event also welcomed the new partnership.

Helloworld will showcase on Channel Nine on Sunday afternoons weekly at 4.30pm from the 7th October. The show will so be available on demand on 9NOW.

The new show will face off against existing travel shows, Luxury Escapes which airs on Channel Ten at 6pm on Saturday evenings and Channel Nine’s long-running Getaway show at 5.30pm on Saturdays.
