It’s time to unleash your inner Bluey! Fans of the cheeky blue heeler and her lovable family are just weeks away from stepping into the dog house of our dreams as Bluey’s World prepares to open its doors in Brisbane this November.

With 4000sqm of interactive fun, this immersive experience is guaranteed to have kids (and let’s be honest, adults too) grinning from ear to ear. And it’s just been announced that, due to overwhelming demand, Bluey’s World will extend its run until September 2025!

If you haven’t already nabbed your tickets, you’ll have another chance soon, with more going on sale from Monday, 21 October 2024. Given the frenzy, they’re expected to sell out faster than Bluey can start a new game of Keepy Uppy!

First look: Bluey’s World for real life

Here’s a sneak peek at the larger-than-life sets that will have fans feeling like they’ve stepped straight into Bluey’s world. The iconic Heeler home, backyard, and beyond have all been meticulously recreated, right down to the colourful furnishings and familiar spots where Bluey and Bingo’s adventures unfold and where games like Magic Xylophone and Shadowlands come to life.

The experience begins the moment you walk through the Heeler family’s front door. But true to Bluey style things take a cheeky turn when Unicorse hatches a plan to freeze Bluey and Bingo. It’s up to you to help find and unfreeze them, alongside some familiar faces like the fan-favourite garden gnomes.

“Bluey’s World is the place to come for a fun-filled immersive adventure through the Heeler’s home and beyond,” Kate O’Connor, Director of Brands and Licensing at BBC Studios ANZ said.

“With every detail meticulously brought to life in large scale (including hidden long dogs), Bluey’s neighbourhood to play in at the end, plus a fantastic range of exclusive merchandise at Alfie’s Gift Shop, there is something to excite every Bluey fan!”

“This is the good stuff,” as Bandit Heeler says

The creators of Bluey haven’t just handed over the keys, they’ve been fully involved in crafting this experience. Bluey’s creator, Joe Brumm, alongside Suzy Brumm and the team at Ludo Studio, have ensured that the spirit of the show remains intact and shaping the storyline.

“We’ve poured our hearts into every detail of Bluey’s World to truly immerse fans in Bluey’s playful universe,” Richard Dinnen, Creative Technical Director for Bluey’s World said.

Wackadoo! It’s Brisbane’s time to shine

Bluey’s World isn’t just about reliving your favourite episodes, it’s also a celebration of Brisbane, the very place that inspired the show. And Brisbane Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner couldn’t be more excited to showcase the city to visitors from across Australia and the world.

Bluey showcases the best of Brisbane, and we can’t wait to share our fantastic lifestyle with the world, for real life,” he said.

Likewise, Patricia O’Callaghan, CEO of Tourism and Events Queensland, is expecting Bluey’s World to attract fans from far and wide.
