Abu Dhabi is so hot right now, with the destination heading up Flight Centre’s ‘Top Destinations to Visit in 2019’ list and the Louvre Abu Dhabi voted in as the second best ‘Wow Travel Experience for 2019’.
Flight Centre’s annual travel picks were announced in its Travel Ideas magazine, which names the top destinations, new experiences and travel trends based on 2018 booking data and customer enquiries.

“From the crystal blue seas to the ever changing golden sand dunes, the beauty of Abu Dhabi is unquestionable,” she said.
“When you then consider the variety of things to do, such as visiting the Louvre Abu Dhabi, experiencing five-dimensional rides at Warner Bros World or sleeping under the stars on a desert safari, you can understand why Abu Dhabi placed in the top spot.”

To make it even more attractive to experience Abu Dhabi the UAE’s national carrier Etihad Airways is offering a two-for-one stopover deal right now.
Prices range from $125 for two people, for two nights including breakfast and the Radisson Blu Yas Island, to $306 for two people for two nights including breakfast at the Ritz Carlton, or $360 for two people for two nights including breakfast at the St Regis Abu Dhabi.
