Sydneysiders and visitors have a new way to pre-book travel into the CBD and beyond for faster airport pickups with the new Sydney Airport WeKnow service for premium taxi and Uber bookings at the T1 International terminal.

Global travel services provider WeKnow allows passengers to pre-book and pre-pay for onward travel via taxi and Uber through an easy-to-use platform.

International arrivals have access to priority pickup from two dedicated WeKnow bays at the T1 taxi rank, bypassing peak-time queues for a seamless onboard journey.

The initial Sydney Airport WeKnow service will operate as a trial at T1 International with onsite customer assistance in multiple languages.

The first phase of the Sydney Airport WeKnow service features premium taxi brands GM Signature and 13 Cabs Silver Service as well as Uber with further rollouts to include limo transfers, shuttle services and public transport.

“Arriving passengers want simple, reliable choices when they land and WeKnow brings a range of transport booking options together in one place,” he said.
