The winners of Express Travel Group’s annual awards were announced at ETG’s Xchange Vietnam 2024 conference over the weekend, with a host of talented travel professionals and agencies honoured at the event. Karryon saw it all unfold.
Revealed during the conference’s Gala Awards Dinner at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel after a packed and productive conference schedule, the awards celebrate the achievements of the best of the best within the large ETG family and its brands.

Co-headlining the conference for the first time this year, New Zealand’s First Travel Group (FTG) also unveiled the winners of its Supreme Awards for its top 10 producers for 2023/2024, with YOU Travel & Cruise Bethlehem Bethlehem, North Shore Travel and YOU Travel & Cruise Orewa the top three performers.
The gala was supported by conference title sponsors, Singapore Airlines and subsidiary carrier Scoot.
Where to next?
Fiji will be the host venue of the Express Travel Group (and First Travel Group) Xchange conference in 2025.
The announcement was made during Xchange 2024’s Gala Awards Dinner on Saturday – and (understandably) met with plenty of oohs and ahhs as delegates looked ahead to the prospect of next year’s big event, where the bustling streets of one of Southeast Asia’s most exciting cities will be replaced by the laid-back vibes of Fiji.
But the one thing that will be the same is the buzz.
