So you’ve seen all the images of Scenic Eclipse, the World’s First Discovery Yacht (in case you forgot), from the outside. Now, it’s time to see what she’s like on the inside.
Scenic released photographs of Scenic Eclipse‘s interior moments after she loaded her first guests and set off on her maiden voyage from Iceland.
Scroll on to see if the vessel is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the out.
First, here’s what you’ll see if you happen to walk past the 228-guest (only 200 in the Arctic and Antarctica) all-verandah suite ship while she’s in port…
Once onboard, guests can check into their rooms, which range from 32 m² to 247 m². Lucky those in the latter…
Once settled, travellers can grab a bite to eat from one of nine onboard dining experiences. These range from a fine-dining French restaurant called ‘Lumiere’ to the main restaurant ‘Elements’ and an Asian Fusion spot called ‘Koko’s’.
Koko’s looks very inviting…
The ship also has a ‘Chef’s Table’ where cruisers can grab a bite to eat with the man who created and cooked their meals such as this chilling dish…
When it comes to socialising, there are eight bars/lounges on the vessel including the Champagne Bar and Lobby Lounge.
There’s no shortage of alcohol at sea, well, at least not at this bar…
In the theatre is where cruisers will be able to catch some onboard entertainment or attend talks lectures…
While those who prefer to unwind can stretch out after a full day of exploration in Scenic Eclipse‘s Yoga Studio…
Burn some calories in the gym…
Or completely relax in a therapeutic bath inside the 550 m² SENSES spa…
What else… oh yeah, there’s a helicopter!
Now that she’s finally at sea, Scenic Eclipse is making her way to New York City for her christening on 10 September 2019, which will be graced with the presence of Dame Helen Mirren.
From there, she’ll continue on her journeys, which can still be booked for 2020/21 and 22. Click here for more information.
