Introducing ‘South Africa: An Explorer’s Paradise’, a virtual exhibition enabling viewers to delve into the wonders of South Africa without leaving the comfort of their home.
From being up close and personal with the elusive Big 5, to getting your heart racing with a thrilling outdoor adventure, the entire country is yours to explore from the palm of your hand.
The Beginning of a New Era
It’s no secret COVID has created pressure on the global travel industry like never before. However, this exciting collaboration between Google South Africa and South African Tourism offers travellers an opportunity to celebrate South Africa’s diversity, rich cultural heritage, and breath-taking landscapes as well as keeping their finger on the pulse for when international borders re-open.
South African Tourism CEO Sisa Ntshona commented,
“The Google Arts and Culture platform does a great job in creating awareness for the rest of the world to get a spectacular glimpse of South Africa, but what also excites me is the potential of the partnership to grow the sector on the digital front.”
