Helloworld Travel Limited (HLO) has appointed Jordan Carpenter to the position of Trade Partnerships Manager, where she will manage the group’s tourism board relationships. Carpenter confirmed the news on Monday morning.
“Excited to share that I’ve been promoted to Trade Partnerships Manager at Helloworld Travel Limited overseeing relationships with Tourism Boards,” she stated in a LinkedIn post.
Jordan joined Helloworld nearly seven years ago as a marketing executive before being promoted to senior marketing executive in mid-2022.
Carpenter has been busy of late. Ahead of the new promotion, she co-hosted eight lucky Australian travel advisors on an epic American Southwest famil, exploring three states in seven days, in June. For top-selling USA advisors, the famil was supported by Viva Holidays, Air Tickets, Rocky Mountaineer, United Airlines, Brand USA and Visit Utah.
Sweet sixteen
HLO is riding a crest right now, after receiving 16 National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA 2025) nominations across the business.
