Helloworld Travel’s 2025 Global Stars reward program is heading to Vietnam – and the coveted Mega Stars tier is back.
Unveiled by COO and Executive Director Cinzia Burnes at the Helloworld Frontliners Forum in Singapore, the next Global Stars celebration will take place from 8-13 September 2025.
For top-performing agents, this means five days of tailored experiences across three custom itineraries: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and a dedicated Mega Stars program for the top ten.
All three groups will reunite in Hoi An for shared events and the signature Global Stars Gala Dinner.
“The re-introduction of Mega Stars is exciting for the Global Stars program for 2025,” Burnes said.
“This is for the very top tier of excellence for our wholesale brands, VIVA Holidays and ReadyRooms, with our top agents given even more special and exclusive activities on offer just for them.”
Burnes also praised newly appointed local DMC Vivu Journeys, part of TMG, for its standout support in curating this year’s experience.
“We know how important an excellent DMC partnership is, and we are delighted to partner with TMG, a leader in the region,” she added.
“They are the experts, and we will be well rewarded by their knowledge and service on the ground. We are grateful for their incredible support of this valuable program.”

The Global Stars initiative celebrates leading agents from Australia and New Zealand across VIVA Holidays, ReadyRooms and GO Holidays.
