Big Ben tick, London Eye, tick, Hot Tugging? We bet that’s got you scratching your head. Hot Tugging is a totally original new phenomenon to add to your London bucket-list.

Hot Tugging sounds a little like something that might go on in an unscrupulous massage parlour but it’s actually just a floating hot tub boat ride.

A Hot Tug ride involves cruising down London canals whilst bathing in steaming 38 degree Celcius water and sipping on a cold bevvy.

The water in the hot tub is heated with a wood-burning stove and powered by an electric motor.

Each ride lasts around an hour and a half and will set you back £220 per boat.

Each 12-foot tub holds up to seven people and can move at a top speed of 2.6 knots.

You could choose to rent the hot tug out for a romantic float for two on a date that would rival something off the Bachelor.

Basically, the Hot Tug experience provides 90 minutes of uninterrupted bliss in the busy English capital.

You can choose to take your ride down West India Quay at Canary Wharf or The Angel/Old Street Canal.

Creators of the project actually got the whole idea off the ground by crowdfunding the project, appealing to the masses with the tagline: “get on board with our crowdfunding campaign. You really don’t want to miss the boat, on this truly oarsome experience”.
