Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has expanded its presence in Australia with the opening of a new 61-room mid-scale property called the Ramada Brisbane Windsor.
The former Brisbane International Windsor Hotel was rebranded to the Ramada Brisbane Windsor this week, after completing a series of light refurbishments.
Among the changes include the addition of comfortable bedding in all 61 rooms and suites as well as working desks and free Wi-Fi. Triple rooms have also been added to accommodation families.
Facilities for business travellers are available, including two conference rooms and a boardroom, to host a variety of occasions from corporate conferences to weddings.
Social areas inside the Ramada Brisbane Windsor include the restaurant specialising in authentic Italian cuisine, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness room, and complimentary on-site parking.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, South East Asia and Pacific Rim President and Managing Director, Joon Aun OOI, described the property as “quality accommodation” offering “familiar hospitality”.
The Ramada Brisbane Windsor is one of a number of hotels to open in Brisbane this year, after properties such as the Emporium Hotel South Bank and the Novotel Brisbane South Bank.
