Minor Hotels will debut NH Sydney Airport, its first NH Hotel-branded upscale property in Australia, within close proximity of the domestic and international hubs. The 90-room, new-built hotel in Sydney’s Mascot is due for completion in 2026.
The $55 million NH Sydney Airport hotel will cater to leisure and corporate travellers and include a lobby restaurant and bar with all-day dining and communal spaces.
Mascot’s airport hotel precinct continues to increase, recently welcomed the brand-new Moxy Sydney Airport, while Australia’s first in-airport hotel just celebrated its first anniversary.
Minor Hotels, which includes Anantara, Avani, Marriott, Four Seasons, Oaks and Radisson Blu brands among others, acquired NH Hotel Group in 2018. It includes the premium boutique NH Collection and premium lifestyle nhow brands.
NH Sydney Airport will develop alongside NH Collection Sydney, Australia’s first hotel under the boutique brand, opening on Wentworth Street in Sydney’s CBD in 2025.
