The stylish new four-star, Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park has just opened its doors to guests in Sydney's trendy inner-city suburb of Chippendale.

The stylish new four-star, Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park has just opened its doors to guests in Sydney’s trendy inner-city suburb of Chippendale.

The 297-room hotel, includes two luxury suites, an al fresco bar, modern restaurant, fitness centre and on-site parking.

There is also over 553 square metres of function space with flexible rooms and an outdoor terrace.

General Manager, Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park Bernhard Langer said the new property would offer travellers an easy-going and inviting experience in one of the city’s most bustling locations.

“The hotel has been designed for the independent traveller seeking balance on the road, offering guests timeless style, genuine service and all the amenities they need to stay productive.”

When it comes to dining guests can enjoy a meal at contemporary meal at Central Quarter restaurant or a drink and some tapas at the relaxed Malt Bar.

The hotel is based in the Eastern Tower on the corner of Abercrombie and Broadway, making it the latest addition to the multi-stage $2 billion Central Park development, a joint venture between Frasers Property Australia and Sekisui House Australia.

Project Director, Frasers Property Australia Mick Caddey believes the new hotel will open up a vibrant and unique Sydney hub to interstate and international visitors.

“We’re delighted to be able to showcase the retail and international dining offerings which, up until now, have been exclusive to local residents or people in the know,” he said.

Nestled within Central Park’s residential developments and located next to Central Park Mall, the hotel allows visitors to experience Sydney through a local lens and is just minutes away from Chinatown, Darling Harbour and the Sydney CBD.
