itravel has added air to its all-in-one booking platform, HQ by itravel, giving travel advisors direct access to wholesale, net and cruise airfares for the first time.

The move expands HQ into a full-service tool, already covering hotels, car hire, transfers, activities and cruise.

The new airfare capabilities promise better margins, discounted fares and extended ticketing limits, offering greater flexibility.

HQ has taken off fast, growing 230 per cent in its first year and continuing at 56 per cent this year.

itravel says the enhancement reinforces the group’s commitment to empowering its advisor network with innovative and comprehensive booking solutions.

“Our entire network is embracing the platform, with some agents making over 1,000 bookings. By managing everything in-house, we’re able to offer the best available rates and streamline the booking experience,” itravel Head of Commercial Joshua Gordon said.

“This update gives our agents a real competitive edge. Pairing exclusive airfare content with our broader wholesale offering puts more control and income potential in their hands.”

itravel recently expanded its national footprint, with two new additions joining its ever-growing network – both based in Queensland, a key market for the business.
