1. Two-night Wolgan Valley retreat

To celebrate the warmer weather and longer days, Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa, Australia’s ultra-luxury conservation-based resort, is offering a two-night Summer Retreat* package.

Summer days can be spent by the resort’s infinity pool, or in the private pool that accompanies each suite. Some time out in the Timeless Spa, a haven of tranquillity, will leave guests feeling relaxed and recharged for the year ahead.

The Summer Retreat package, available for stays from now until 31 March 2015, includes two nights in a luxury Heritage Suite with private swimming pool, gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, all non-alcoholic beverages, a select range of local wines and beer with meals, and two on-site nature based activities per day for $745 per person per night, twin share (a saving of $560 per couple).

2. Cruise for free on your b’day!

MSC Cruises is offering travellers the chance to cruise free if they celebrate their birthday on board in 2015 as part of their new ‘Happy Birthday’ Promotion.

The promotion, the first of its kind, is valid when the birthday guest is sharing a cabin with a full-paying adult, thus enabling two passengers to cruise for the price of one.

The promotion is applicable across a number of incredible itineraries spanning the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Caribbean and MSC Grand Voyages and is valid until the 31st of March 2015.

Cruise options in the Mediterranean include an incredible 14-night adventure aboard MSC Opera departing from Venice and visiting Italy, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Greek Islands including Santorini and Mykonos, as well as Croatia. 5. Easter specials with Carnival

Carnival Cruise Lines has released some ‘eggscellent’ fares for its April school holiday cruises, for families looking to escape over Easter.

Fares start at $599* per person twin share for a four-night round trip cruise to Tasmania sailing on Carnival Legend and departing Sydney on 16 April 2015.

The shortbreak cruise includes a full day free to explore Hobart’s sights, from its stunning Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) to its towering Mount Wellington.

For those keen to head north to the Pacific, fares on Carnival Legend start at $1100*per person twin share on its 11-night roundtrip cruise to New Caledonia and Vanuatu.

Departing Sydney on Easter Sunday 5 April, this itinerary features visits to Port Vila, Mystery Island and Noumea as well as plenty of fun Easter activities onboard, including an Easter egg-and-spoon race, a ‘Golden Egg Hunt’ and an egg diving team challenge in the main pool.

 

6. Emirates’ global sale

Emirates Airline customers who are looking for new adventures in 2015 can now fulfil their New Year’s resolutions with some very appealing fares in both Business and Economy Class with extended booking dates till the 21 January 2015.

Economy Class return fares from Australia begin at $362 to New Zealand, $719 to Asia, $1,098 to India, $1,575 to Europe, $1,680 to South Africa, $1,761 to the UK, $1,883 to Dubai and $1,974 to North America.

Business Class return fares from Australia start at $1,242 to New Zealand, $2,978 to Asia, $6,029 to India, $7,019 to South Africa, $7,673 to Dubai, $7,738 to Europe, $7,980 to the UK and $8,875 to North America.

New destinations have been added to the Emirates network since the beginning of 2014, including Chicago, Oslo, and Brussels, which adds to the roster of 147 destinations in 84 countries.

Emirates also continues to add the latest aircraft to its fleet which now has 55 A380s, one third of all A380s currently in the skies. The airline has launched nine new A380 destinations in the past 12 months, including Mumbai, Frankfurt, Dallas and Kuwait. Perth will also welcome the A380 in 2015.

Bookings to all destinations across Emirates’ network should be made before 21 January 2015, for travel between 16 January and 30 November 2015.
