Accor Hotels has transformed itself from a luxury service provider to crucial infrastructure during these unprecedented times.
Accor revealed that is currently working with government authorities and community organisations to make its accommodation and services available to those most in need.

Grand Mercure Auckland learnt that it was one of their isolation guest birthdays, and they made him his favourite cocktail, an Expresso Martini, to celebrate.
