Leadership change: Lufthansa Group's Anil Rodricks steps down from Aussie role

The Walshe Group has confirmed that Anil Rodricks, General Manager Australia for the Lufthansa Group, will step down on 31 October 2025. 

The Walshe Group has confirmed that Anil Rodricks, General Manager Australia for the Lufthansa Group, will step down on 31 October 2025. 

Rodricks, who oversees Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS, Brussels Airlines, and Eurowings Discover, will leave the aviation industry to explore new ventures.

With a career spanning decades, Anil is known for his leadership, particularly his stewardship of SWISS and its integration into the Lufthansa Group

He joined The Walshe Group in 2002, following the establishment of SWISS International Air Lines in Australia.

The group will announce a successor in due course and has begun a structured handover.
