Get ready agents! Luxury Escapes officially launches Agent Hub

After receiving a “massive response” to its expression of interest (EOI), Luxury Escapes has officially launched its Agent Hub.

After receiving a “massive response” to its expression of interest (EOI), Luxury Escapes has officially launched its Agent Hub.

Revealed to the travel industry by Karryon in January, the new Agent Hub marks Luxury Escapes’ official entry into the wholesale market.

Even though the travel company already had several agreements with agency groups across Australia and New Zealand, the launch of Agent Hub significantly expands upon its previous “soft” b2b offering.

Key features of the new service include:

  • Exclusive deals and add-ons for experiences agents can pass on to their clients
  • Streamlined booking processes in which agents can access a personalised dashboard to manage bookings efficiently
  • Commissionable product offering a range of commission levels available on most product verticals
  • Industry expertise and access to Luxury Escapes’ extensive network of connections

In addition to this, Luxury Escapes has unveiled several incentives for agents including bonus commissions, LE bonus credits and famils. Further details will be revealed in the coming weeks.

The company said more than 2,000 travel agents responded during an EOI phase for the hub – which it says marks a significant milestone in its commitment to “revolutionising the travel industry”.

For the launch, Luxury Escapes partnered with some of Australia’s largest agency groups including itravel, Savenio and the Australian Travel Agents Co-operative (ATAC), among others.

“We are super pumped to have Agent Hub live and our agent partners [are] now able to use [the] powerful tool to enhance their offerings and streamline their operations,” Luxury Escapes Co-founder and CEO Adam Schwab said.

“The response we received during the EOI phase is a testament to the demand for a platform that facilitates collaboration between Luxury Escapes and the trade.”

itravel Head of Commercial Josh Gordon said, “Our partnership with Luxury Escapes provides our itravel network of agents additional scope of holiday packages, supplementing our current range of preferred suppliers and in-house wholesale services”.

In announcing Agent Hub in January, Karryon spoke exclusively to Luxury Escapes’ Senior Manager of Agency Distribution Chris Brandon about the platform and what it means for the travel trade.

Last year, the upscale travel platform also launched a dedicated cruise platform. Read more about that here.

After surveying almost 4,000 Australians, LE released its annual ‘Travel Trends’ report in December, revealing some of the nation’s outlook on travel in 2024 and the destinations, experiences and ambitions defining the year ahead.
