Supermodel Naomi Campbell has uploaded a YouTube video of her intriguing flying routine and trust us when we tell you, it’s worth a watch. Hint: it involves latex gloves.
As she boards her Qatar plane she points out how big the engines are before arriving at her First Class seat. It’s here we get to learn about her “hydration pack “(which doesn’t sound like too bad of an idea if we’re honest).
We all know flying is terribly dehydrating (yes even in First Class), so she combats that with face masks, creams and no doubt plenty of filtered water.
What comes next is a little more extreme. She pops on a pair of disposable latex gloves and pulls out a packet of disinfectant wipes to disinfect… EVERYTHING IN SIGHT.

Lastly, she pulls out her designer facemask which she says she wears for the whole flight as protection from people’s coughing and sneezing.
She credits her “little routine” for stopping her from getting sick, despite the large amount of travel she does.
