Amadeus scoops NTIA innovation award

Amadeus has won the Best Travel Agent Technology Innovation award at the 2015 National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA).

Amadeus has won the Best Travel Agent Technology Innovation award at the 2015 National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA).

 

The awards acknowledge excellence in business, from performance and customer service, to innovation and entrepreneurship within the travel industry.

Amadeus is honoured to be acknowledged by AFTA for Amadeus Ticket Changer (ATC) – a solution for travel agents that reduces the complex and highly manual ticket reissue process to just two minutes and four simple steps.
