Tourist bureaus and tour operators aren’t the only ones joining the #helloworldRELAY on Sunday with around 75 selected helloworld agents signing up to be part of the online photographic trek.
The 75 agents have been tasked with crafting itineraries for profiled destinations. These itineraries will then be promoted across the global first with helloworld agents able to book and promote the itineraries in store.
Kim Portrate, helloworld Chief Marketing Officer said agents had moved quickly to support the initiative.
“To see that agents are getting on board and are excited about this initiative is very encouraging.”

“Images which are snapped via Instagram with the hashtag #helloworldRELAY are tagged with itineraries from expert agents around Australia.
“Creating the ultimate itinerary for each destination with product that translates to bookings for our agents is critical during this year’s Early Bird sales period.”
According to Portrate, in addition to growing brand awareness, the #helloworldRELAY is also designed to reinforce that the group’s agents are ‘Experts in Everywhere’.
Among the agents joining the relay is Tiffany Rudd, Travel Advisor at helloworld Eastgardens, who said that the #helloworldRELAY is an exciting and innovative concept which they are thrilled to be a part of.
Jennifer Gibbons, Consultant, helloworld Bunbury agreed, saying it provides a chance to promote offices and social media pages to the local community.
“It allows us to endorse interesting destinations that may not immediately spring to mind when clients are considering their travel options.”
