The company was named the 20th top place to work for the sixth consecutive year in the annual Great Place to Work awards.
Flight Centre won in the large organisation category, which focuses on businesses with 500 employees or more.
The company’s was assessed via an employee survey and an audit of its management and HR practices.
Results of the evaluation found Flight Centre provides a high trust and high engaging workplace culture with ongoing staff training and development.
