Who’s having a good start to 2018? The guys over at TravelManagers are! The group are killin’ it in the sales department and experiencing their best-ever first trading quarter.

Personal Travel Managers (PTMs) first-quarter sales grew by 10 percent in 2018 compared to the prior year, thanks to a combination of new bookings, new PTMs and an expansion of existing PTMs businesses.

Continuing on from last year’s trend, bookings to South America grew the most for the group, with a 30 percent increase on the same period last year, while domestic travel jumped 20 percent.

Executive General Manager, Michael Gazal, attributed the best first quarter ever to the group’s focus on creating one-of-a-kind itineraries for clients through customisation and tailoring.

“With our continued focus on these dual objectives we forecast TravelManagers is well-placed to continue on its current growth path for the rest of 2018 and into 2019.”
