Chimu Adventures have announced that they have become a preferred partner of the Flight Centre Travel Group in Australia, in a deal which came into play on July 1st 2018.
The Latin America and Polar specialists who are also now in a joint partnership with the Intrepid Group will be working closely with all brands in the Flight Centre Travel Group to send their clients on adventures to Latin America, Antarctica and the Arctic.
Chimu says they will help the Flight Centre Travel Group make selling Polar and Latin America product easier by providing training sessions, incentives, industry-renowned famils, events and access to Chimu’s agent marketing material.

For the Polar regions, Chimu will be the Flight Centre Travel Group’s ‘one-stop shop.’
They will offer a dedicated Polar Cruise Team for Flight Centre enquiries, all of whom have travelled to and have extensive knowledge of these destinations and will be advising on Australia’s largest range of expedition ships, itineraries and Chimu Exclusive Cruises.
In Latin America, Chimu specialises in fully flexible, guaranteed F.I.T itineraries in every country and small ship cruising in destinations such as the Amazon, Galapagos Islands and Patagonia.
Chimu says they are proud to be Australia’s only Latin America experts with their own operations on the ground in Latin America which will help ensure the Flight Centre Travel Group’s agents and clients peace of mind, from the point of booking to the end of the trip.
The adventure company also sells Australia’s largest range of Latin America product options from standard through to deluxe meaning that they can create bespoke itineraries to suit Flight Centre clients’ tastes and budget.
Chimu Adventures already have preferred agreements in place with The Express Travel Group, Magellan, Travel Managers and MTA (Mobile Travel Agents).
