Launched this week, TC Hub is a new extranet solution that allows consultants to compared side-by-side key elements of preferred suppliers’ offerings. This includes comparing elements such as products, destinations, commission levels and incentives.
All information and comparisons under one roof – very convenient.
How does it work?
Agents use the advanced search functionality to search for a destination or product.
The extranet searches through the Preferred Supplier Directory and then lists relevant company details – such as products, prices, commissions, incentives and preferred category level – side-by-side.
Agents can then quickly scan through and quickly compare results before giving their clients holiday options.
TC Hub was built using the same technology behind the retail network’s Site Builder websites, so it’s very intuitive and it’s optimised for mobile devices, so it can be accessed anywhere at any time.
The comparison technology also offers Travellers Choice members information on the group’s extensive member services, along with corporate news and links to TC Exell, an eLearning library where members can access a growing selection of online training materials from preferred partners.
