Last Friday the Disney office in Sydney invited travel agents for a product update from Disneyland, Walt Disney World as well as Aulani Resort in Hawaii.
This year Disney has reason to celebrate with Disneyland’s Diamond Jubilee seeing the world-famous theme park celebrating sixty magical years in business.
The celebrations started on the 22nd May with special entertainment experiences including; Paint the Night, a dazzling new nighttime parade featuring Disney characters shimmering in more than one million lights and Disneyland Forever which is a spectacular fireworks show.

Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, which is four times the size of Sydney CBD hosting four theme parks is a great option for families looking to spend a minimum six nights at the resort.
The resort is offering up to three hours of EXTRA MAGIC per day for guests staying on site with valid admission tickets.
New Wristband – MagicBand
Disney has also launched ‘MagicBands’ which are secure all-in-one waterproof wristbands allowing guests to:
- Unlock the door of their Disney Resort hotel room
- Enter theme and water parks
- Check in at FastPass+ entrances
- Connect Disney PhotoPass images to their account
- Charge food and merchandise purchases to the guests Disney Resort hotel room
