EXTREME MAKEOVER: Introducing the new & improved ReadyRooms

A 'seamless experience', 'easy to use' and 'flexible' - they're just some of the words being used to describe Ready Rooms after completing an extreme makeover.

A ‘seamless experience’, ‘easy to use’ and ‘flexible’ – they’re just some of the words being used to describe Ready Rooms after completing an extreme makeover.

The new and improved platform was relaunched at the Helloworld Travel Owner Managers Conference (OMC) in Adelaide over the weekend, where leaders gave consultants a first-hand look at the all-new interface.

One of the biggest changes to the platform is the improved search functionality that allows consultants to type in a hotel name and see results filtered  by a nightly rate price slider. Results also feature improve map search and functions, hotel availability on selected dates and the ability to hide prices in a customer view.

The team at Helloworld Travel gleefully unveil the upgraded platform.

Ready Rooms also allows consultants to amend partially paid bookings through amending dates, changing hotels, working on a booking at different points in time and adding transfers or day tours closer to departure dates.

Transfers and Activities have also been separated to make it easier to search each, and there is an added ability to request group rates for 10 plus guests.

According to Executive Director Helloworld Travel and Head of Wholesaler and Inbound, Cinzia Burnes, said changes were made based on Agent feedback and she expects they will “deliver great results for everyone”.
