INNOVATIVE TRIPS: Collette unveils 'explorations' of Morocco, Colombia & more

One would think that after 100 years in business, a travel company would run out of fresh ideas. That’s NOT the case over at Collette where tours continue to evolve.

The longest-running North American tour operator has unveiled its new innovative ‘Explorations’ – a set of 20+ tours specialising in unique and immersive experiences.

Made up of groups of no more than 19 people, each itinerary promises to take travellers to the “heart of a destination” for active, local, cultural, and rare opportunities.

Also refreshing about the new itineraries is the ‘choice-on-tour’ option, whereby guests can select the experience they find the most appealing.

Among the new tours is the 11-day ‘Colours of Morocco‘ trip, taking UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Sahara Desert and more in Casablanca, Rabat, Fes, Ifrane, Erfoud, Todra Gorge, and the exotic city of Marrakech.

There’s also the 10-day ‘Experience Colombia‘ itinerary journeying through the vibrant country from the beating heart of Bogota to the mystic valleys of the Andes, the murals and neighbourhoods of Medellin and the colour and culinary treats in Cartegena.

Other trips include the Taste of Vietnam, Italy’s Bella VitaThe Novelties of Northern Spain, Mysteries of IndiaCosta Rica: A World of NatureMachu Picchu & the Galapagos Islands, and so much more.

Collette Australia’s Head of Marketing, James Hewlett, said he’s confident Australians will embrace the new “exciting way of discovering a destination”.
