italktravel is aiming high and expects to have 100 stores nationally in its network by 2018.
Mere months after celebrating the company’s big two-year anniversary, the italktravel group added three new members, bringing its total store numbers up to 35 around the country.
According to the company’s boss, the additional retail outlets put the business on track to have around 100 stores under its belt within 18 months.

One of the stores italktravel added to its network last year.
The three new stores added to the business this month are: italktravel Flinders Park, Mitcham and Melton.
All stores have the exclusive Book Safe Insurance cover launched by italktravel at its November forum and are also AFTA and ATAS Accredited.
italktravel’s CEO, Tom Manwaring, welcomed the new stores to the network and said as members of the company they have “guaranteed territory, high return and low cost model [which] resonates well with independent retail professionals”.
“[It’s] a model that provides long term strength and stability for our members.”

Another store that joined the italktravel network in 2015.
Michael Dinic from italktravel Flinders Park said aligning his business with italktravel will help raise his profile in the local market, while Anil at Melton Travel Centre expects exclusive territory to ensure “peace of mind” knowing there won’t be any dilution.
“italktravel literally screams out to consumers that I’m a retail travel agent – we’re expecting more customers contact than ever before on the back of this clear distinction.”
