Has someone in the industry really impressed you over the last year with their smarts, unique selling techniques and dedication to the job?
Well, show ’em how much you appreciate the work they’ve done by telling them and then secretly nominating them for a highly coveted National Travel Industry Award (NTIA).
Nominations for the annual awards night opened today, with the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) inviting industry professionals to submit their suggestions.
This year, the nomination process is split into three forms – one for Agents to nominate a supplier, one for suppliers to nominate an Agent, and the third is the self-nomination Emirates Travel Consultant Scholarship – which need to be submitted online.
For the first time in NTIA history, suppliers will this year be able to vote for their favourite home-based agency with more than 35 active members.
All nominations need to be submitted by 5.00pm on 16 February 2018. Click here to see the forms.

Once nominations have closed, the voting period will take place between 13 March and 29 March, and will be followed by the finalists announcement and then the big awards night.
