Neil Rodgers, Managing Director Adventure World Travel, told KARRYON he believes that part of the brand’s success emerged from its destination specialisation and expertise, which are two characteristic he believes more consultants will adopt in the future.

In addition to knowledge, Rodgers attributed the brand’s win to exemplary customer service and unique tailor-made product.

What does being recognised by the industry in this way mean to you?

This award is the icing on the cake on all the hard work that we as a company put into our business on a daily basis. The fact that this honour is bestowed upon us by our valued Agents puts a big smile on all our faces…

What would you recommend to other brands hoping to win in future years?

We didn’t set out to win an award, we just do what we do. I think that if you strive for excellence in your business then the recognition will follow.

How important is your organisation to the industry?

We pride ourselves on bringing unique products to the market, many of which we have procured exclusively for the Australasia market. Tailor-made soft adventure is growing at a staggering rate, so we provide the tools and expertise for Agents to be able to convert the sale.
