The South America Travel Centre has not only decided to spread its wings into another region, it has announced a rebrand to better reflect its growing operations.
After nearly 20 years, the South America-focused company will now be known as Tailor Made Journeys PTY LTD. Despite the rebrand, each business will trade as their respective brand name: South America Travel Centre and Antarctica Travel Centre.
The name change comes as the company expands into Asia with Asia Travel Centre – Tailor Made Journeys.
The holiday specialist has hired specialist Asia travel consultants with years of experience travelling through and working in Asia to put together tailor made itineraries in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Bhutan, India and Sri Lanka.
In addition to land options, the itineraries will also include river cruising, which continues to boom in Asia, particularly the South East countries.
According to Tailor Made Journeys’ Managing Director, Alex Burridge, booking with the Asia Travel Centre will ensure clients are looked after by true experts.
The company has already had its first clients depart on Asia itineraries, including Joyce who said she was booked with “well-educated, experienced and well-spoken” guides who shared their “culture and history in detail”.
