The woman who gifts her long-serving employees with a DIAMOND has moved her entire team into a new space, which she described as a “glamorous” place that’s ready “for a new era of business”.

That’s right, Spencer Travel has relocated in Sydney after 20 years, from the inner city to Mascot.

Penny Spencer’s team is practically neighbours with Qantas now!


Spencer, Managing Director and Founder, said the new space is larger, to fit the growing team, and the new location – which is only 10KM from the CBD – reflects the kind of business Spencer Travel has evolved into over the last two decades.

“The business needed a new space to call its own. So we’ve left Sydney’s fashion district and relocated to something truly glamorous.”

Location isn’t the only thing that’s different in the new office, Spencer said staff now have access to hotel-style bathrooms, a cafe-style breakout room…

The only thing that remains the same (aside from staff) is the Spencer Travel Spirit, which General Manager, Tina Killeen (who was almost named ‘most admired agent’ in the Virtuoso network – yay, go Tina!) described as what “really defines the business”.
