There’s no better way to celebrate turning 40 than with a complete physical makeover and that’s exactly what The Walshe Group has done.

Managing Director Jacqui Walshe unveiled a redesigned logo last week to commemorate four decades of representing tourism boards and operators.

The Walshe Group was founded by industry stalwart Rodney Walshe in 1976 in New Zealand and today The Walshe Group is one of the largest specialist representation companies in Australia and New Zealand.

In 2006 The Walshe Group expanded into Asia opening an office in Hong Kong and then in Singapore in 2007.

Across the network, The Walshe Group has in excess of 20 international clients, in five countries, some of which have been clients for over 25 years.

With some 50 staff members in attendance at last week’s unveiling, Walshe said she was ‘proud’ of the company’s growth and commitment to core principles.

“Our success and longevity in the market place is testimony to our ability to achieve positive results for our airline and tourist-board partners year on year.”

The newly designed brand identity was created to convey the brand attributes of the company – established, trusted, intelligent, integrity.

Walshe said it also communicates the company’s value proposition to current and potential clients as well as its change to full privatisation in May this year.
